About the Founder – Dev Rishi Ji

Buddha Retreat was founded by Dev Rishi Ji, a spiritual teacher born into a traditional Brahmin family rooted in Vedic knowledge and yogic values.
Surrounded by scriptures, rituals, and a disciplined lifestyle from an early age, Dev Rishi Ji naturally developed a deep connection with spirituality.

Although he pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and stepped into entrepreneurship, his inner voice continuously directed him toward the yogic path. Successful in the outside world but seeking deeper fulfillment, he experienced a powerful spiritual awakening realizing that real peace comes from within, not from achievements.

Choosing inner truth over material pursuits, he dedicated himself completely to yoga and spirituality.
Through years of self-study, practice, and teaching, he founded Buddha Retreat a sacred space where individuals from around the world can heal, reflect, and rediscover their true nature.

Today, Dev Rishi Ji guides students with wisdom, warmth, and compassion blending ancient yogic knowledge with a modern approach to create a transformative experience for all.
